Velnora Collection operates a private, single-operator software tool used to produce and deliver printable digital artwork. This policy explains what that tool accesses and what happens to it. The tool is not offered to the public and has no user accounts.
Information we collect
This website collects nothing. It serves two static pages, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.
The internal tool does not collect personal information from customers. Orders and customer communication are handled entirely by Etsy under Etsy's own policies.
Google user data
The tool connects to Google Drive using the single OAuth scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file.
- What it accesses. Only files and folders the tool itself creates. This scope grants no visibility into any other content of the Google account, including existing files, folders, email, contacts or calendar.
- What it does with it. Creates a folder per product, uploads the artwork files for that product, and reads back file names, sizes and checksums to verify the upload completed correctly.
- What it stores. An OAuth refresh token, held locally on the operator's own computer, plus the resulting folder links and file metadata in a local database. Nothing is stored on any server we control.
- What it shares. Nothing. Google user data is not transferred to any third party, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train any model.
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page, which immediately ends the tool's access.
Limited Use
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Product delivery
Purchased files are delivered through a Google Drive folder link included with the order. The link is view-and-download only and requires no Google account to use. Folders contain artwork files only.
Data retention
Artwork files remain in Drive for as long as the corresponding product is offered for sale. Local records are kept on the operator's own computer.
